Bob Arnold
I graduated from Harvard Law School in 1993. Prior to law school, I graduated summa cum laude from the Pierre Laclede Honors College at the University of Missouri, and am a distinguished veteran of the U.S. Army.
My areas of expertise are Business Transactions, Contracts and Contract Disputes, Bankruptcy, and all areas of Real Estate.
In the area of Business Law, I bring in-house and real-world, business-related experience to the table when assisting clients with a variety of transactions, whether they be domestic or international. In doing so, for example, I provide a unique perspective when it comes to assisting a client with due diligence and counseling relating to the acquisition of other businesses and/or new technologies, negotiating and drafting license or consulting agreements, closing the purchase of a distressed real estate asset, assisting a client through the morass of foreclosure, and addressing the regulatory issues relating to such transactions.
I understand and facilitate my clients’ desire to get to Yes, having trained under Roger Fisher, the author of Getting to Yes and founder of modern day Alternative Dispute Resolution, at the Harvard Negotiation Project.
