李荻 Di Li

Ms. Di Li was born in Shandong, China, and immigrated to the United States at the age of 13. Ms. Li attended University of California, Los Angeles, where and received a Bachelors Degree in Economics/International Studies and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Ms. Li then went on to Pepperdine University School of Law where she received her Juris Doctor along with a Certificate of Dispute Resolution. Shortly thereafter, Ms. Li was admitted to the California State Bar.

Ms. Li has helped many clients petition for marriage-based green cards and different types of visas, such as L-1, H-1B and extensions. She also has helped clients apply for travel documents and naturalization and attended interviews with them at the immigration court. In addition to Immigration, Ms. Li has helped clients with their real estates and business needs, such as buying and selling residential and commercial properties, forming and incorporating businesses, negotiating and drafting various kinds of contracts, handling Unlawful Detainer (Eviction) cases for landlords and registering trademarks with the USPTO.

Ms. Li serves as the General Counsel for a number of small businesses in Los Angeles. Ms. Li has helped those clients draft various types of contracts and agreements, such as Employment Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, Stock Option Agreements, Purchase and Sale Agreements, etc. Ms. Li also currently serves as the Of Counsel for DiJulio Law Group, an established law firm in Glendale that specializes in Real Estate Law.

李荻律师出生于中国山东省临沂市，13岁时与父母移民美国洛杉矶。李律师毕业于加州大学洛杉矶分校（UCLA）经济学系，于2009年以优异成绩三年完成学士学位并获得Magna Cum Laude荣誉奖。 2013年，李律师在佩珀代因大学法学院（Pepperdine University School of Law）获得法律博士学位。同年，李律师一次性通过加州律师资格考试，正式成为加州执业律师。

在攻读法律博士学位期间，李律师曾担当Professor Naomi Goodno及Professor Thomas J. Stipanowich两位教授的法律研究助理，並当选Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law法律刊物编辑。李律师还利用暑假时间在多家律师事务所及法律机构实习和工作，包括Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, GC Global Inc., 以及DiJulio Law Group。与此同时，李律师还有幸担任美国联邦破产法庭法官the Honorable Victoria Kaufman的实习生。

李律师能够运用流利的英文及中文工作，为多家位于洛杉矶地区的华人企业担任法律顾问并提供合同、注册公司、驱逐房客、注册商标等多种法律服务。李律师也帮助多位客户成功获得L-1、H-1B签证及结婚绿卡。李律师不仅拥有律师执业资格，也具备加州房地产经理人的资格，为多个来自国内的投资商提供房地产投资方面的咨询，并协助他们在南加州购买及租赁房地产。2015年10月，洛杉矶著名的房地产法律律所——狄祖尼奥律师事务所，正式聘请李荻律师为其华人顾问，以便更好的为广大华人客户服务。

李律师是加州及联邦法院出庭律师，並且是洛杉矶律师协会和南加州华人律师协会的成员 。
