Managing Shareholder Elise Healy has practiced immigration law for over 20 years, helping companies and organizations large and small, as well as individual investors, to navigate the complex maze US immigration law has become. Elise speaks regularly at legal conferences sponsored by the Texas Bar Association, AILA, and other professional organizations. Her clients include the City of Dallas Department of Economic Development, which she represented in securing approval of its “public-private” model of EB-5 Regional Center in 2009. She also represents employers in the mobile communications, manufacturing, retail, financial services, and high tech R&D sectors.
