吴大同 George Wu

吴律师是一位精通于知识产权，特别是生物医药领域的知名律师。他拥有分子生物学的博士学位，为客户提供在生物技术、制药、医疗器材等领域的专利申请、商标、版权登记等咨询服务。他还代表客户在专利审理及申诉委员会进行辩护、 在国际贸易委员会辩护337条款进口关税问题、以及联邦地区法院的知识产权诉讼。在仿制药领域，吴律师对于简化的新药申请程序（ANDA）诉讼方面有极为丰富的经验。而且，他精通中文。他可代表主要在亚州从事商业活动的客户，也可以代表希望在美国从事商业活动的亚州客户。

吴律师是华裔美国人律师协会芝加哥分会的财务负责人和美国华人联合会（UCA）的法律顾问。他还是Pui Tak 中心的志愿者，向成年人教授英文（ESL）。

George is well-versed in all areas of intellectual property law, with particular emphasis on biomedical-related subject matters. With a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, George counsels clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device industries regarding patent applications, and trademark and copyright registrations. In addition, he represents clients in Inter Partes reviews at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, Section 337 actions before the International Trade Commission, and intellectual property litigations at the federal district courts. With respect to generic drug companies, George has exceptional experience with ANDA litigation. Moreover, he is fluent in Chinese and represents clients that conduct business primarily in Asia, as well as Asian clients looking to do business in the United States.

George serves as a treasurer for the Chinese American Bar Association of Chicago and is the national legal counsel for United Chinese Americans. George also volunteers as an adult ESL tutor at the Pui Tak Center.
