傅晶晶 Jennifer Fu

Jennifer Fu is the Managing Partner of Amity Law Group. Ms. Fu focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, immigration and general business law. Ms. Fu counsels her clients on matters involving trust administration, preparation of an estate plan in order to maximize estate and gift tax exemptions including the drafting of living trusts and irrevocable living trusts. Ms. Fu is also experienced with variety of employment based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions. Ms. Fu is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Taiwanese.

Ms. Fu received her Juris Doctorate degree from Golden Gate University School of Law. While in law school, she was a Merit Scholarship recipient and studied at Peking University, Beijing, China in the University’s comparative law program.

Ms. Fu is active in the community and regularly conducts speaking engagements for a variety of community organizations on the topic of immigration, estate planning and employment law matters such as the Kiwanis Club of Hacienda Heights, Senior Pathfinders, Financial Planners Association of San Gabriel Valley, Chinese American Parents Association (CAPA), Chinese Association of Walnut, Sino-American Certified Public Accountants Association, Global Federation of Chinese Business Women as well as on an international level throughout China such as the Civil Aviation University of China and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.

Ms. Fu currently sits on the board of the Rosemead Chamber of Commerce.

Ms. Fu is admitted to practice in all California state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
