Mariana Gomez
Mariana Gomez has worked at EB5 Capital since September 2013, and works in the Washington, D.C. office. As Manager of Legal Services, Mariana is responsible for preparing I-526 and I-829 templates, as well as reviewing offering documents, foreign broker agreements, and other legal contracts. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Mariana assists the sales team with Latin American clients.
Before moving to the United States, Mariana’s professional experience was in the field of labor law, including a law clerk position at Squire, Saunders & Dempsey in Venezuela. Mariana received her J.D. from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in her hometown of Caracas, Venezuela, and holds a Master’s of European Union Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, as well as a Master’s in International Law from American University.
