Mollie McCabe
Ms. McCabe works with investors and their attorneys to facilitate the investor’s immigration/visa process from investing in Regional Center projects, to filing the I-526 petition through the I-829 petition. Ms. McCabe is a native English speaker, and is conversant in Korean, Mandarin Chinese and Spanish. Ms. McCabe earned a Bachelors and Masters degrees in linguistics from the University at Buffalo as well as a law degree from the University at Buffalo Law School. Ms. McCabe is admitted to the New York State Bar.
