Olga Aksenenko

Olga V. Aksenenko – partner of ALTAVIAM International Law Office – Los Angeles, Moscow and Philadelphia based law offices with their practice focused on investment immigration and admissibility waivers. Olga is also partner of Los Angeles Immigration Center – a boutique immigration law firm based in Los Angeles, CA, and focused on extraordinary abilities immigration and EB-5 program.

Olga is a licensed attorney in Russia and New York and practices law for over 12 years. She has obtained law degrees both in Russia and the U.S. She also has Masters in Economics (Finance and Credit). She has worked on complex cross-border commercial transactions between the U.S., Europe and Russia, high value international commercial contracts, investment and corporate structures, investment immigration matters, currency regulation, OFAC sanctions, real estate matters associated with direct EB-5 investments for major U.S. corporations and law firms. Olga has been one of the leading attorneys in structuring and operating major investment projects between the U.S. and Russia. Olga pays special attention to intercross law and finance matters in connection with advising clients on EB-5 program.

Olga splits her time between the Los Angeles and Moscow offices.
