Parkins Burger
Parkins Burger has been a licensed attorney since 2005. As a young attorney in Philadelphia, he practiced as a litigator with a number of non-profit organizations providing legal services to clients who could not otherwise afford to be represented. After moving to corporate law, his experience includes providing strategic in-house counsel to multinational clients including international finance, fund structuring, real estate development, construction contracting and corporate governance and litigation.
His legal representation consists of investor and business visa solutions, such as for EB-5, E-2, and L-1 visas, as well as corporate representation for clients in the United States.
