Paschal Nwokocha
Paschal O. Nwokocha is a graduate (Cum Laude) of William Mitchell College of Law, University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota, and Seat of Wisdom Seminary, Owerri, Nigeria. Paschal Nwokocha was the Assistant Attorney General for the State of Minnesota until 1999.
Mr. Nwokocha currently has the highest rating possible for an immigration lawyer on the Avvo legal ratings board, the world’s largest online legal directory.
