Paschal Nwokocha

Paschal O. Nwokocha is a graduate (Cum Laude) of William Mitchell College of Law, University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota, and Seat of Wisdom Seminary, Owerri, Nigeria. Paschal Nwokocha was the Assistant Attorney General for the State of Minnesota until 1999.

Mr. Nwokocha currently has the highest rating possible for an immigration lawyer on the Avvo legal ratings board, the world’s largest online legal directory. Mr. Nwokocha has served as counsel to a U.S. Fortune 500 company, and has successfully represented businesses, organizations and families on various aspects of immigration law before the Office of Citizenship and Immigration Service (CIS), the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Department of Justice.
