Rosanna M. Fox focuses her practice on business immigration advising large and small corporate clients with regard to the development and implementation of effective immigration compliance programs to facilitate long- and short-term work assignments of specialized personnel, professional workers, managers, and executives. She has extensive experience representing individual and corporate clients in a range of industries including financial services, technology, e-commerce, media, advertising, and electronics manufacturing with respect to immigrant and nonimmigrant visa options in the US.
Rosanna also provides legal guidance to foreign investors and entrepreneurs with regard to temporary and permanent immigration options in the U.S., including EB-5. Rosanna has a deep understanding of the EB-5 process and is actively engaged with clients in completing all steps required for issuance of EB-5 visas.
