Shaun Gill

Shaun Gill is the legal counsel at Dargey. Shaun is an attorney with a broad range of experience advising public and private companies on a range of corporate issues, including entity formation and structuring, registered and exempt securities offerings and compliance, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general contract and joint-venture negotiation and drafting. Shaun is also highly experienced in advising individuals and companies on a variety of real estate related matters, including purchase and sale, leasing, financing, construction and development, as well as historic rehabilitation, credit-tenant finance leasing structures, and condomini-um construction and conversion. Shaun also specializes in alternative finance and tax credit financings, including historic tax credits, redevelopment tax credits, energy tax credits, New Markets Tax Credits, tenant-in-common syndications. Shaun has substantial experience assisting clients in developing, struc-turing and implementing such financings, as well as facilitating state and local bond financing on behalf of issuers.
