Vaughan de Kirby
In 1983 Vaughan founded The Law Offices of Vaughan de Kirby, A.P.C. with the commitment to empower his clients with the legal knowledge and tools necessary to make the best immigration decisions for themselves and their families.
Vaughan holds a Bachelor Degree in Communication from California State University Northridge and a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Vaughan is admitted to practice in the states of California, Maryland and the District of Columbia. In addition Vaughan is admitted to practice before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals as well as the United States Supreme Court. Vaughan served as adjunct professor of law with Empire College School of Law.
Vaughan is licensed as a General Securities Principal and is the founder and President of Investment Visa Consultants, LLC a licensed Broker – Dealer and member of FINRA.
Vaughan and his wife Christine have been married 44 years and are the parents of three children and one grandchild.
