Winnie Ng
Winnie Ng is an attorney at David Hirson & Partners, LLP. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Ms. Ng works directly with clients, handling EB-5 investor applications from I-526 through to I-826 approval. She also provides legal advice to clients to set up their regional centers, regional center projects, and direct investment projects. Ms. Ng works directly with David Hirson to support in the management of immigration accounts for multiple companies and individual investors.
In addition to her focus on EB-5 investment immigration, Ms. Ng consults clients in all other areas of immigration law, especially in L-1 and EB-1C visas.
Ms. Ng has participated in and moderated various panel discussions and frequently speaks at seminars in the United States and in China. She has also written articles about EB-5 investment immigration.
