杨一洁 Yijie Yang
Yijie “Eva” Yang is an Senior Associate Attorney at Wolfsdorf Rosenthal LLP and a member of the firm’s EB-5 and business immigration practices.
Ms. Yang’s represents foreign investors, entrepreneurs, professionals who seek temporary or permanent residency in the United States. Ms. Yang has also worked with organizations advocating for immigrant and refugee’s rights such as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) clinics, the Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project, and International Justice Program.
Before starting her career in private practice, Ms. Yang worked as an immigration officer in China for eight years. Her specialization was illegal immigration investigation and prosecution.
