Yuri Tsyganov

Attorney Yuri Tsyganov, the founding partner of The Law Offices of Yuri Tsyganov, PL., was born and raised in the Russian Federation and is proficient in written and spoken Russian. He received dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Russian Studies from Rutgers University. Mr. Tsyganov was consistently on the Dean’s List and was a member of the Rutgers’s Pre-Law Society. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor Professional Expereince from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center where he was a Student Bar Association representative. While in law school, Mr. Tsyganov competed in the prestigious Williem C. Vis International Arbitration Competition in Vienna, Austria.

Mr.Tsyganov has experience in all areas of the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act, focusing primarily on business and investment visas, such EB-5, L-1, and E-2. Mr. Tsyganov works closely with individual business owners and investors in helping them create a new business and use it as a vehicle for immigration, or assist with the preparation and filing of immigration forms and documents. Mr. Tsyganov also has experience in creating and consulting EB-5 Regional Centers. He is a member of the International Section of the Florida Bar, and is very involved in the South Florida Russian and Hispanic legal communities. Mr. Tsyganov is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Mr.Tsyganov is admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
